• Benches: Installing 50 new benches.

• Waste Bins: Installing 50 waste bins.

• Children’s Play Area: Construction of a play area including shades and rubber flooring (20m x 20m).

• New Walkways: Approximately 12,000 linear meters.

• Lighting: Installing 80 lighting poles.

• Irrigation Network: Full installation.

• Pump Room: Installing 3 pumps (Room 4 – 6* pumps).

• Fence (Residential Side): Full maintenance of the fence facing the houses.

• Agricultural Soil: 200 m³.

• Landscaping: Full installation/planting of green areas (trees and shrubs).
